By placing an order with Cake Gallery, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and products

All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. Please check your cake size, flavour, message, delivery date, address, and contact number before placing an order. Custom cakes are prepared according to the details agreed when the order is confirmed. Minor differences in handmade decoration may occur.

Prices and payment

Product prices are shown in AED. Delivery is not free. The applicable delivery charge will be confirmed before your order is finalised. Your order is confirmed once Cake Gallery accepts it and the required payment is completed.

Delivery

Delivery availability and time slots depend on the address and product. Same-day delivery is subject to availability. Please provide a complete address and a working recipient phone number. If we cannot reach the recipient, contact us promptly so we can discuss the available options. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is needed.

Changes, cancellations, and concerns

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations depend on whether preparation or delivery has started. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos so we can review it and offer an appropriate resolution in line with applicable UAE law.
